In honor of the planting of our very first vineyard in Sonoma 57 years ago this week, we hope you enjoy this throwback photo of Angelo and Buck Sangiacomo in our family`s beloved Green Acres Vineyard!
Planted in July 1969, Green Acres was the first vineyard ever to be planted by our family. Throughout the years, Green Acres has produced numerous award-winning wines and remains one of our most highly acclaimed vineyards. With about five acres remaining of the original vines planted, this vineyard is near and dear to our family’s heart. Let’s raise a glass to cheers our dad, uncles and aunt - Bob, Buck, Lorraine and Angelo - that started our Sonoma grape growing story!
