Returns & Cancellations
We are committed to the production of high-quality handcrafted wines and your satisfaction is our goal. Please inspect all packages as soon as they are received. Should any bottle(s) be broken during shipping, please email us immediately at customerservice@sangiacomowines.com or 707-934-8445 within 48 hours of receipt of your package(s), so that we can pursue a claim with the shipping company.
We will arrange to have the wine picked up in most cases. Please keep the original package and its contents exactly as you found them if at all possible. Understand that if the broken product cannot be retrieved, we cannot receive compensation for the loss. Returns cannot be processed after 10 days.
We will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is damaged, flawed or that the customer finds unsatisfactory. We ask the customer return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked, or flawed. We are also unable to accept return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error. Please send an email to customerservice@sangiacomowines.com to arrange for the return of corked or flawed product.
Once the wine is received we will refund your credit card account for the cost of the wine less shipping and handling. If the original shipment was damaged or flawed you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling charges. Please contact us at 707-934-8445 for return instructions.
A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all canceled orders.
