Which wines will be in my shipment?
Each club shipment includes limited-release wines, exclusive first to our club members. Our complete 2023 club shipment schedule can be found here.
Can I customize my shipment?
Yes, you can customize your shipment to include the wines you love the most! You will be notified by email two weeks before your shipment processing to allow you time to log into your account and make your selections. Visit www.sangiacomowines.com, log into your club account, and customize! If you need assistance in making your selections, call us at 707-834-8445.
How many shipments will I receive per year?
By joining Club Famiglia, you will receive three shipments annually in March, May, and October. You will be notified two weeks before the shipment processing to make any adjustments, add on wine, or customize your shipment!
Is there a fee to join Club Famiglia?
There is no fee to join Club Famiglia. Upon joining the selected club tier, membership is ongoing. You may cancel at any time after the first year of consecutive membership (minimum of three shipments), or a $100 cancellation fee will be applied.
How will I know when I will be charged?
Notifications regarding shipments are sent via email two weeks prior to the release. The email will provide important upcoming dates, including shipment dates and when your credit card will be charged.
Can I pick up my club shipment at Sangiacomo?
Pickup membership is limited to Sonoma County residents only. Members will be notified by email when the club shipment is available for pick up in our tasting room.
How long do I have to pick up my club shipment?
Shipments not picked up within 60 days will be shipped to the address on file at the member’s expense.
When will I be notified of the shipment?
Notifications regarding shipments are sent via email two weeks prior to the release.
How do I change my membership information, including my address and credit card information?
Simply log in to your account on sangiacomowines.com to make updates to your account. If you need assistance, please call us at 707-934-8445.
Can I skip or postpone a shipment?
We understand the need may arise to skip or postpone a shipment. When a shipment notification is emailed to you, you can log into your account on sangiacomowines.com and choose the skip option. Three consecutive skipped shipments may result in membership cancellation. If you need to delay shipments for a longer period due to circumstances including relocation, long-term travel, health, pregnancy, or other needs, please call us, and we’d be happy to discuss available options.
What are my savings?
Members of our 6-bottle tier receive 15% savings on all purchases, including wine and merchandise, and $20 flat-rate ground shipping on six-bottle orders. Members of our 12-bottle tier receive 20% savings on all purchases and $30 flat-rate ground shipping on case orders. All club members also receive 12 complimentary tastings per year at our Home Ranch in Sonoma and complimentary personalized and engaging virtual tastings.
What states can you ship club shipments to?
We can ship to most states except Kansas, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Dakota, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Utah, and Vermont. Please inquire about shipping to Hawaii and Alaska. We cannot ship internationally.
What if I’m not home when they try to deliver my shipment?
Shipments not received on the third delivery attempt and requested re-directs will incur additional shipping charges regardless of club tier enrollment. We highly recommend delivering to an office if possible. An adult signature by someone 21 years of age or older is required by law. When notified of an upcoming shipment, if you know you will not be home due to travel or other circumstances, please let us know before the shipment processes, and we will reschedule to an agreed-upon date.
How do I make a club member reservation for a tasting at Sangiacomo?
We’re excited to host you on our beautiful tasting terrace overlooking our historic Home Ranch in Sonoma! All club members receive complimentary wine tastings for up to six guests per visit, with member present. Each membership receives a maximum of 12 complimentary tastings per year. Club members also have exclusive access to our vineyard picnic area, Duke’s Vineyard Landing. Learn more and book your reservations here!
Can my friends and family use my club benefits?
We love our Club Famiglia members sharing Sangiacomo with friends and family! Spouses or partners may utilize all club benefits – please let us know their names, and we’ll add them to your account! The club member must be present for other friends and family to use complimentary tastings. A special benefit of Club Famiglia is that each member annually receives two guest passes to gift. This guest pass allows your friends and family to visit us and use your club benefits, including a complimentary tasting and a one-time 15% or 20% savings on wine purchases during their visit.
