MEMBERSHIP POLICIES
There is no fee to join Club Famiglia. Upon joining the selected club tier, membership is ongoing. You may cancel at any time after the first year of consecutive membership (minimum of 3 shipments) or a $100 cancellation fee will be applied. Member accounts will be billed just prior to the scheduled date of shipment. Notifications regarding shipment are sent via email two weeks prior to the release. In order to utilize club member benefits in our Tasting Room, the member must be present. Club benefits are subject to change.
SHIPMENT POLICIES
Shipments not received on the third delivery attempt and requested re-directs will incur additional shipping charges regardless of club tier enrollment. Exchanges or refunds after shipment are not accepted. Members are responsible for notifying us with billing and shipping address changes. You must be 21 years of age or older to receive shipments. Adult signature required. Sangiacomo Wines reserves the right to hold shipments based on inclement weather.
WILL CALL MEMBERS
Pickup membership is limited to Sonoma County residents only. Members will be notified by email when shipment is available for pick up in our tasting room. Shipments not picked up within 60 days will be shipped at the member’s expense.
