A Guided Vineyard Immersion, Wine Tasting, and Lunch
In celebration of this milestone year, we are honored to invite you to join us for an unforgettable day at the iconic Roberts Road Vineyard. During this intimate event, guests will be fully immersed in the Roberts Road vineyard. Guided by Mike, Steve, and Mia Sangiacomo, you’ll explore the unique terroir of this special site while savoring wines crafted from the very blocks you will stand in. Gain insights into how individual clones, blocks, and specific locations within the vineyard shape the distinctive characteristics of the wine in your glass.
After a stroll in the vineyard, guests will be seated to enjoy the remaining flight of wines, while our winemaker, James MacPhail, along with the Sangiacomo family, give you an inside look into the winemaking and profile of the distinct wines crafted from the Roberts Road Vineyard. Immediately following the wine tasting, guests will enjoy a casual BBQ picnic lunch provided by Lombardi Catering paired with a glass of your favorite wine from the tasting. Relax and take in the scenic surroundings of the Roberts Road vineyard while continuing the delightful conversation.
25 years of Roberts Road Vineyard
As pioneers in the Petaluma Gap AVA, we planted this highly acclaimed vineyard in 1999, establishing the site as one of the first vineyards in the area. Roberts Road is a special vineyard for our family. Located at the base of Sonoma Mountain, this site has developed some of the most prestigious grapes that our family cultivates. It’s a farmer’s dream with its rocky, extremely well-drained soil. With fog covering the vineyard until mid-day, the growing season is long and gradual. For 25 years, we’ve marveled at the outstanding wines Roberts Road continues to produce. We are thrilled for the opportunity to commemorate this milestone and celebrate this exceptional site with you.

Please note this event will entirely outdoors in our Roberts Road Vineyard. We will walk to two different vineyard blocks in mostly flat terrain. Closed-toe walking shoes are encouraged, as are layered clothing, hats, and sunscreen! Participants must be at least 21 years old for all guests’ safety, relaxation, and enjoyment. Infants, children, and pets are not permitted during this experience. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
